Job Summary
Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system, then collect payments and count back change. Prepare all drinks and premixes while moving with urgency to meet customer time, maintaining good hygiene and appropriate attire throughout the shift. Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness, offering genuine interactions and drink recommendations based on menu knowledge. Stay productive and proactive during the entire shift, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings or late nights as required. Follow organizational standards for sanitation, safety, and shift change checklists while working on your feet for hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Hiring Age: In accordance with company hiring stands, applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Works a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings (5 a.m.) and late nights (11:30 p.m.)
- Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays, if necessary
- Must always move with urgency, on the customer's time
- Stays productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow
- Brings their best self to work every day (good hygiene, plenty of sleep, clean clothes, kept hair/makeup)
- Dresses appropriately for their assigned positions
- Is familiar with our shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Always clocked in and ready to work at their assigned position when their shift begins
- Treats teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
- Can converse with customers to confirm their drink orders, and correctly keys them into our point-of-sale system

- Knows our menu and drink customizations inside and out
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions
- Can lift up to 50lbs
- Can work on their feet for hours at a time
- Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
- Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive thru line
- Can safely use a utility knife
