Drive-thru beverage preparation and service at 7 Brew, greeting customers with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately, preparing a wide range of beverages (coffee, espressos, lattes, teas, energy drinks, shakes, and custom creations) per recipes and standards, checking drinks for accuracy and presentation, maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy workflow with multitasking across order taking, drink prep, cleaning, stocking, and guest communication. Provide recommendations using strong product knowledge, operate the POS system efficiently, keep a clean and organized workstation, adhere to health and sanitation standards, collaborate with teammates and shift leads, respond calmly to challenges, assist with opening/closing duties, stay informed on new drinks and promotions, and represent the brand with professionalism and positive energy during shifts.
