Job Summary
Greet customers, engage them with food and beer knowledge, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Impart suggestions as appropriate, read the table to adjust engagement levels, and maintain a clean, organized taproom by washing glassware and clearing tables. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service. Upsell menu items and promote our beer selection to enhance the customer experience. Flexible and weekend availability required.
