Job Summary
Manage relationships with distributor representatives and key retail accounts through 40–60 daily outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual communication. Increase distribution of existing packages and identify new placement opportunities by executing monthly sales priorities and cross-selling within assigned territories. Educate accounts on products, pricing, and seasonal offerings while maintaining detailed CRM notes after every interaction. Collaborate with distributor sales teams to ensure execution of company objectives and submit weekly recaps highlighting sales wins and distribution gains. Track progress toward monthly objectives and respond to customer communications within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access

- Bachelor's Degree
- Beverage alcohol, craft beer, or distributor experience
- Previous inside sales, telesales, or account management experience
- Experience working with wholesalers or beverage distributors
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience with Lilypad, VIP, Concur, or similar beverage sales software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivation while working independently in a remote environment
- Comfort making a high volume of outbound sales calls
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts while maintaining detailed follow-up
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
