Job Summary
Brewer will be responsible for the entire beer making process across Strap Tank facilities, including raw material handling, brew day operations, fermentation monitoring, cellaring, packaging, cleaning and CIP, and maintaining quality standards. Duties span wort production, CIP, raw material and spent grain handling, recipe formulation, keg washing, inventory management, distribution coordination with logistics, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and fostering a positive, fun work environment. Requires 3+ years brewing experience, brewing knowledge, and forklift certification; a brewing-related degree/certificate is a plus but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between locations; flexible weekend availability is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of brewing industry experience
- Experience with a wide variety of beer styles
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
- Valid driver's license and background check
- Ability to travel between locations
- Flexible schedule including weekends
