Brewer (Morning shift- 5am-1:30pm)

Brewer (Morning shift 5am-1:30pm) at AleSmith Brewing Company. Responsible for brewing and cellar operations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of tanks and equipment, following SOPs and proper documentation, and assisting in maintenance of brewery equipment. Requires strong verbal and written communication, ability to work a 24-hour schedule including weekends/holidays, and must be at least 21. Education includes high school diploma or GED (brewing education/experience preferred). Emphasis on recipe management, raw material handling, wort production, fermentation, dry hopping, yeast handling, process parameters, safety policies, and record-keeping of quality checks and production timings.
