Job Summary
Provide direct intervention services to students performing below grade level to ensure accelerated student growth. Deliver intervention in small group and/or one-on-one instructional settings; implement evidence-based intervention strategies; lead curriculum, instruction, assessment, and standards at the school level; collaborate with colleagues on CSIP components; administer and analyze diagnostic assessments and progress-monitoring data; report progress to school, district, and state stakeholders; coordinate intensive support plans and resources for students receiving services; participate in professional learning to further develop knowledge and skills; maintain positive rapport with families and staff; demonstrate willingness to communicate in more than one language at novice level; perform other duties as assigned; maintain regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelora0s degree required
- Valid Kentucky Teaching Certificate
- Three (3) years of successful classroom teaching (Preferred)
- Mastera0s degree or National Board Certification (Preferred)
