Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the state-of-the-art Breeder Farm in Goulburn, NSW, reporting directly to the Complex Manager. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in producing high-quality, disease-free stock while maintaining rigorous standards for health, genetic potential, and biosecurity. Lead staff development and foster a team-based work environment focused on animal welfare codes and husbandry practices. This full-time role requires a minimum of five years in poultry production operations and involves enhancing overall production performance through technical abilities and practical skills.
Required Qualifications
