Job Summary
Trim poultry breast meat using knives, scissors, or approved tools, removing excess fat, cartilage, bruises, bones, and feathers to ensure finished products meet customer specifications. Inspect items for defects and quality compliance, maintain production rates, and keep work areas clean according to sanitation requirements. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, animal welfare, and USDA regulations while operating safely around processing equipment. Report equipment issues, product concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors. Perform these duties on the 2nd shift in Forest, MS, with a wage of $17.70 per hour.
