Job Summary
Trim poultry breast meat using knives, scissors, or approved tools to remove excess fat, cartilage, bruises, bones, feathers, and other defects. Inspect products for quality and compliance with customer specifications while maintaining line efficiency. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, animal welfare, and USDA regulations when operating safely around processing equipment and moving production lines. Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with sanitation requirements and report equipment issues, product concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors. Perform these duties during the 2nd shift at Tyson Foods in Forest, MS, with an hourly rate of $17.70.
