Job Summary
Trim poultry breast meat using knives, scissors, or approved tools, removing excess fat, cartilage, bruises, bones, feathers, and other defects. Inspect products for quality and compliance with customer specifications while maintaining line efficiency and meeting established performance standards. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, animal welfare, and USDA regulations when operating safely around processing equipment and moving production lines. Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with sanitation requirements and report equipment issues, product concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors. Work the 1st shift at this Tyson Foods facility in Forest, MS, earning $17.70 per hour.
