Job Summary
Drive sales forecast objectives for capital equipment, consumables, and service lines across the Ft Worth territory by developing trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers. Present Hologic's value proposition to multiple stakeholders, manage the sales funnel to analyze activity and provide accurate forecasts, and establish new prospects. Demonstrate technology in operating rooms, pathology labs, and breast centers while providing onsite training and technical support during procedures. Create custom in-field promotional programs, leverage internal resources to optimize customer experience, and submit special reports on product performance and competitive activity. Requires a valid driver's license, serviceable vehicle, and up to 50% overnight travel. Total compensation ranges from $200,000 to $225,000, 100% commission-based.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales
- Operating room experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with surgeons
- Ability to develop a market, based on a new product/technology and surgical procedures
- Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures
- Experience in developing and establishing professional education training courses for surgeons and nursing staff
- Track record of success achieving business results in complex, matrixed environments
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and strategic skills
- Proven negotiation skills with supply chain (capital sales)
