Job Summary
Breast Surgical Oncology physician role based at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT. Lead exclusive breast surgery care with two block surgery days and two clinic days weekly; no general surgery or ER call expectations. Participate in tumor boards and specialty breast cancer meetings; may cover call for own patients. Competitive salary with incentive compensation, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology required; MD/DO; Board Eligible/Certified; Utah license in good standing or ability to obtain; credentialing required. Benefits include PTO, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and CME allowance. 40 hours weekly; active participation in breast cancer care within a large health system serving Salt Lake County.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship-training in Breast Surgical Oncology
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery and/or Breast Surgical Oncology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
