Job Summary
Physician in Breast Surgical Oncology to join a growing breast surgery division at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT. The role includes two dedicated block days of surgery and two clinic days per week, providing exclusive breast surgery care with no general surgery or ER call expectations (call may be required for own patients). Opportunities to participate in tumor boards and specialty breast cancer meetings. Fellowship-training in Breast Surgical Oncology is required; MD or DO degree; board eligibility or certification in General Surgery and/or Breast Surgical Oncology; active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one; successful credentialing with Intermountain Health. The position offers a competitive salary with incentive compensation, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable).
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship-training in Breast Surgical Oncology
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery and/or Breast Surgical Oncology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Credentialing through Intermountain Health
