Breast Surgeon sought to join MercyOne Katzmann Breast Care Center in Des Moines. Fellowship-trained BC/BE surgeon will provide comprehensive breast surgical services within a multidisciplinary program, contributing to an established statewide cancer initiative. Responsibilities include on-site ultrasound, punch biopsies, mammo/MRI-guided biopsies, and involvement in modern breast surgery techniques (oncoplastic, nipple-sparing, Hidden Scar). Collaborates with navigators, practitioners, and specialized therapists; participates in tumor boards and clinical trials; supports program growth with a 450 annual case volume, block OR time, and clinic time. Competitive compensation with a 2-year income guarantee, recruitment incentive ($150,000), relocation allowance up to $15,000, malpractice tail coverage, CME allowance, and retirement plans.
