Breast Reconstruction Specialist - Great Plains (STL)

Serve as a clinical resource and expert on nerve repair to promote Axogen products to surgeons in Missouri, Kansas, Springfield IL, and Nebraska. Identify, profile, and accelerate sales of nerve repair products in the Breast Reconstruction space by conducting cold calls, presenting key benefits, and converting qualified leads. Develop product expertise to credibly represent the portfolio to clinicians and hospital purchasing agents while collaborating with local sales representatives to meet territory goals. Plan and execute market development events, organize patient awareness initiatives, and work with educational programs to include Axogen products in microsurgical training. Provide strategic consulting on referral patterns, market trends, and training needs to build enduring relationships with key influencers and practice administrators.
