Breast Imaging Radiologist

Breast imaging radiology position at Northwell Health with subspecialized focus on breast imaging. In-person or hybrid work arrangement at Long Island centers in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. No general radiology call or coverage. Flexible schedule with potential for 100% in-person or hybrid work, leadership opportunities, and faculty appointment potential. Responsibilities include breast imaging interpretation and collaboration with breast specialists across surgical, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, genetics, and related teams; involvement in resident/fellow education and research on imaging technologies. The department emphasizes women's imaging services, image-guided biopsy and tumor localization, and a team-based approach to patient care with advanced PACS and IT support. Experience level implied by title; fellowship training preferred.
