Breast Center Clinical Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards while educating families on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including patient preferences and cultural values. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a Magnet® hospital setting. No weekends, holidays, or calls required.
