Job Summary
Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department by delivering first-class service and responding timely to guest enquiries. Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring all work is carried out professionally while collaborating with immediate reports to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve departmental targets. Ensure adherence to all legislation and best practices, documenting activities for internal and external audits. Maintain effective working relationships that promote company culture and values. Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
