Job Summary
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth menu offerings and service flow while managing daily breakfast operations. Act as a focal point for hotel guests and employees during early weekday and weekend shifts, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Motivate the team to deliver excellent service and adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas as guest needs dictate. Work 25 hours per week in a Michelin-starred restaurant within a Relais & Châteaux property.
Required Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK
- Proven experience in the industry
- Undertaking early shifts weekdays and weekends
- Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth menu offerings and service flow
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage daily breakfast operations
