Job Summary
Supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates to deliver timely, friendly service across all dining areas. Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and team performance. Serve as a key link between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Step in as needed to support bartending, bussing, or food running duties to maintain efficient service flow. Manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in a server or similar role
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Hotel or hospitality background
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule
