Job Summary
Breakfast Attendant to set up breakfast area, prepare and present breakfast items per safety standards, assist guests with selections, bus tables, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with food handling regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including meat-cutting tools, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality dining experience during breakfast service. Strong guest-service skills and a positive attitude are expected to support a fast-paced hospitality environment and address dietary concerns as needed. Future opportunities with AM banquet service are available.
