Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, serve meals and beverages, and prepare itemized checks during morning shifts from 6:30am to 2:30pm. Escort guests to tables, clear dishes, operate the cash register, and verify patron identification for alcohol service. Maintain tidy stations, process cashiering functions, and perform opening/closing procedures per station rotation. Work weekends as required while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Weekends are required
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
