Job Summary
Set up the buffet daily, ensuring items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service. Greet guests in a friendly manner, explain specials and promotions, and serve water, coffee, and food orders while replenishing as necessary. Clear tables using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner. Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and perceive when meals are completed. Control quality and consistency of all food served, and check stations before, during, and after shifts for proper setup and cleanliness. Total checks and accepts payment or refer guests to the cashier. This full-time position starts at 5:30am. North Point Hospitality builds high-quality hotels in popular areas, owning and managing nine hotels in the Southeast.
