Job Summary
Welcome and seat guests, maintain a crisp and replenished buffet, and buss and reset tables with a pro touch. Guide guests during Sunday brunch events, support the team on the line and floor, and manage responsible alcohol service for mimosas, bellinis, and scratch Bloody Marys. Follow safety and sanitation procedures, assist with opening and closing duties, and represent Chico's hospitality with pride. Full-time candidates receive health care, paid time off, 401k, and shift meals, with tips comprising a large portion of wages.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication chops
- Calm under pressure
- Big on teamwork
- Current responsible alcohol service training (e.g., TIPS)
- First Aid/CPR
- Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR
- Comfortable on your feet for long stretches
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to bend/stoop/kneel as needed
- Able to work in warm temps
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to step in as a busser
- Willingness to step in as a host
- Willingness to step in as a buffet runner
