Job Summary
Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner. Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests with upsell techniques; clear tables; manage guest checks and payments; maintain station and dining area cleanliness; assist with station setups; run food to tables; polish silverware and glassware; follow training and attend scheduled sessions; schedules may vary to reflect business needs in the hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Two years experience as food server in full service restaurant is required. Customer service experience preferred.
