Job Summary
Prepare complimentary breakfasts by stock coffee stations, heating frozen foods, and setting up bakery and cold items for the buffet line. Greet guests during service, monitor food levels, and refresh stations as needed. At shift close, break down serving areas, clean guest tables, wash dishes, and vacuum/mop floors. Verify food deliveries and stock storage areas while maintaining cost control and waste management. Arrive at 5:00 or 6:00 am for preparation. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel/restaurant with major brand, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt
- Exceptional people skills: ability to train others quickly and efficiently
- Proficient with inventory control and waste management
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written (English Proficiency)
- Must have reliable source of transportation
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 30-50 pounds without assistance
- Able to sit, stand, bend, reach or walk for an extended period of time
- Complete brand required training
