Job Summary
Confirm food order accuracy and deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner. Monitor dining experiences, respond promptly to requests, and ensure expo and service stations remain organized and stocked. Act as a liaison between service staff and the kitchen regarding special requests or restrictions. Anticipate guest needs with sensitivity and professionalism while reporting any food quality discrepancies to appropriate personnel. Participate in daily lineups, training sessions, and menu briefings to stay informed. Uphold core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence as a brand ambassador embodying elegance and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working in a high volume, upscale restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel
- Physical fitness to carry trays and navigate the restaurant space efficiently
