Job Summary
Take customer food and drink orders, prepare itemized checks, and accept payments while escorting guests to tables, setting up, and clearing them. Operate the cash register, verify patron identification for alcohol compliance, and provide courteous service. Clear and reset tables as needed, maintain stocked and tidy side stands, and perform opening and closing procedures per station rotation. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and maintain required certifications for food safety and alcohol service.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
