Breakfast Manager - 1842

Supervise the breakfast shift and drive sales growth by maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability. Responsibilities include managing breakfast equipment and workflow, coaching and disciplining crew, conducting team meetings, ensuring product availability, maintaining inventory and records, controlling labor costs, scheduling staff, training/developing employees, and adhering to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies. The role requires leadership, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; accommodations under ADA are provided where needed.
