Job Summary
Breakfast Lead Line Cook at The Tree Farm responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast/brunch/lunch items to order, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, monitoring product quality, stocking stations, and ensuring timely ticket execution during peak service periods. Must follow standard recipes while exercising independent decisions, plate dishes according to menu standards with garnishments, know cooking times/temperatures for items, address issues during preparation or service, monitor food costs, and take charge in the absence of the Executive/Sous Chef to ensure smooth operations. Requires strong knife skills, knowledge of cooking techniques, adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, ability to work across kitchen stations, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in food preparation; preferred candidates may have supervisory/leadership experience and a culinary arts certificate or degree.
