Job Summary
Breakfast Host at Kana Hotel Group responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar in an attractive, organized presentation; taking inventory and ordering food supplies; preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices; setting up serving dishes; clearing and cleaning tables; cleaning duties; stocking self-service areas; washing and returning equipment; inspecting areas for safety and reporting maintenance issues; and providing excellent guest service. The role requires adhering to health standards and wearing company-appropriate attire, with responsibilities to contribute to a high-quality guest experience and opportunities for growth within the hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year hostess experience in restaurant is required
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices
