Breakfast Host/Hostess - Weekends

Prepare and serve the daily free breakfast bar, cheerfully greet each guest, and ensure complete guest satisfaction. Set up, break down, and maintain the breakfast bar in an organized, clean, and standardized presentation. Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; order or purchase additional items as needed. Prepare fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates; stock coffee, juice, and milk machines. Set up serving dishes, trays, utensils, and paper products; arrange cold food for self-service. Clear tables, clean spills, and remove trash as guests vacate. Restock self-service food and supplies; wash serving equipment and return reusable supplies to storage. Listen and respond to guest requests; clean the lobby and breakfast area including dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
