Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and warmly, provide courteous service, and resolve guest concerns within scope of authority. Prepare and set up the continental breakfast area each morning, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and attractively displayed. Maintain cleanliness of surfaces and appliances throughout service, then break down, sanitize equipment, and dispose of trash at the conclusion of hours. Monitor inventory levels and submit purchase requests as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to ensure seamless operations. This role requires early morning availability including weekends and holidays, with physical demands of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work early mornings, including weekends and holidays.
- Must report to work in a clean and professional uniform.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
