Breakfast Host/Attendant

Job Summary
Prepare all breakfast items for the buffet by cutting fresh fruit, heating and plating packaged goods, and replenishing self-serve stations. Serve guests promptly according to brand guidelines, greet them courteously, and respond to additional requests. Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, monitoring garbage, restocking condiments, and performing pre- and post-shift duties including mopping floors and cleaning service areas. Wash dishes, clean the kitchen, and ensure all food handling and sanitization protocols are followed. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, report maintenance issues, and assist with inventory counts. Take orders accurately, enter transactions into the POS system, and print closing reports where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Food handler's permit
- Ability and willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
- Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking; occasional kneeling, bending, and stooping
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds as needed to carry trays of food
- Must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions
