Job Summary
Prepare and serve breakfast items efficiently to ensure timely guest satisfaction. Assist in planning and developing menus while considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements. Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately. Monitor and control food costs to minimize waste and align with hotel budget guidelines. Work in a fast-paced environment at Hampton By Hilton Gatwick, connected to the North terminal at Gatwick Airport.
