Job Summary
Prepare traditional breakfast foods and short-order meals on grill, oven, waffle iron, toaster, and fryers while adhering to recipe manuals. Work fast under pressure to ensure timely, high-quality food service and maintain safe, sanitary practices through regular inspection of serving areas. Report to work at 5 am for 8-10 hour shifts, often preparing hundreds of to-order meals during busy mornings. Full or part-time AM shifts available; holidays and weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a cook or in a relevant role
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls when appropriate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to present a professional and well-kept appearance
- Must be able to work some holidays
- Must be able to work all weekends
