Job Summary
Breakfast Cook responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to standardized recipes, operating and maintaining kitchen equipment safely, assisting with daily prep, and supporting banquet/event prep as needed. Works across grill, sauté, pantry, and prep stations in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while ensuring proper food handling, storage, labeling, allergen/dietary accommodations, portion control to minimize waste, and collaboration with culinary and front-of-house teams. Requires basic cooking techniques, knife handling, and food prep; culinary school or prior kitchen experience preferred; physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work early mornings with weekend/holiday availability; refrigerant-safe, sanitation-focused environment; valid food handler certification per local regulations preferred. Benefits include medical and holiday pay for full-time team members; compensation $14-$16 per hour.
