Job Summary
Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes; support breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties; follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace; operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations; ensure food is prepped for the following day and assist with inventory rotation; successful candidate will have 6 months of culinary or food service experience and certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness or willingness to obtain within 60 days; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, weekends, and holidays; culinary certification is a plus.
