Job Summary
Breakfast Cook responsible for executing menu items with precision and creativity in the Element by Marriott North Charleston hotel’s bistro, following established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to food safety/hygiene regulations. Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure ingredient freshness and availability. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed while working in a fast-paced hotel setting. Requires proven experience as a Cook and strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet timelines
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
