Job Summary
Prepare all breakfasts to a high standard for hotel guests using fresh locally sourced produce. Assist in the daily preparation of MEP for breakfast and lunch, liaising closely with the breakfast supervisor to ensure smooth service. Ensure stock levels are managed consistently with the Head Chef and take temperatures in accordance with Food Policy. This role requires previous experience at Michelin or high Rosette level, with a focus on reliability and a sense of urgency. Full-time hours of 48 over five days are required, with a salary of £33,000 plus up to £7,000 in Tronc payments.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work unsupervised
- Has their own transport
- eligible to live and work in the UK
