Breakfast Chef

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen, taking full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
