Job Summary
Conduct high-volume breakfast service operations at Square Grill Restaurant in Bath, managing speed and presentation standards for modern British and European dishes. Prepare plates with an eye for detail while solving problems under pressure and maintaining strict food safety protocols. Oversee stock control, P&L, and team training to ensure smooth kitchen flow during the 8am–4pm shift. Eligible candidates will receive competitive pay (£12–£14ph), with opportunities for bonus awards, staff discounts, and fast progression within this family-run business.
Required Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of P&L, stock control, team management, training
- Full knowledge of Food safety
