Job Summary
Prepare breakfast for guests before the rest of the Netherlands wakes up using local and fresh products. Contribute creative ideas for the breakfast buffet and maintain a clean kitchen adhering to HACCP rules. Provide a good start to the day for all visitors while working with local ingredients. This role requires a morning person with chef training or one year of kitchen experience, plus knowledge of HACCP. Candidates must be energetic, proactive, and flexible for weekend and holiday shifts, living in or near Amsterdam. Flexible working hours, including a four-day workweek option, are available.
