Job Summary
The Breakfast Bar Attendant oversees the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet, as well as maintaining the dining space, ensuring food is available, accepting payment, and providing guest services. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with seating, knowing menu items and beverage choices, replenishing breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness of the buffet and service areas, preparing foods in line with brand standards, and handling guest issues professionally to ensure high-quality service throughout the breakfast shift. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Has a High School diploma or GED
- Previous hotel or restaurant service experience preferred
- Has knowledge of Food and Beverage Service
