Job Summary
Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel. Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests while promoting and educating them on all breakfast options available per brand standards. Assist in providing a pleasant experience by being aware of guests' needs and working toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Perform prepping, cleaning, restocking, and garbage removal duties during your shift, ensuring everything is cleaned when breakfast is over. Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
