Job Summary
Set up, maintain, and break down the daily continental breakfast bar, hot buffet, and beverage area while sanitizing counters, tables, and appliances. Greet guests courteously, answer inquiries about property services and local attractions, and manage food, beverage, and supply inventory. Restock items throughout the shift and ensure all equipment operates correctly per company standards. Attend required management meetings and trainings. This role may involve working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Detail oriented
- Written/verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge and understanding how to properly use/maintain equipment in station
- Responsible for food, beverage, and supply inventory
- Follow policy and procedures according to company standards
- Attend meetings/trainings required by management
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
