Breakfast Attendant/Supervisor- Element Peninsula Town Center

Manage breakfast service operations at Element Peninsula Town Center by maintaining a clean dining area, engaging guests to enhance satisfaction, and ensuring all food and beverage facilities are stocked and operational. Control food and beverage expenses, order supplies per inventory standards, and implement cost-saving strategies while driving promotions that deliver value. Motivate and mentor team members, coach staff on brand standards, and handle guest complaints effectively in accordance with Opal procedures. Perform daily opening and closing cleaning, maintain cash drawers, and report shortages to the Food and Beverage Manager immediately. Complete all required training within 30 days of hire and be proficient in property management and inventory systems. Willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to fill in when other employees are unavailable.
