Breakfast Attendant

Oversee breakfast service by preparing food and beverage items, replenishing stock, and maintaining clean dining areas. Greet guests, assist with service, and build rapport while solving problems and reporting complaints to management. Learn about guests through daily conversations, passing sales leads to management and ensuring all tables are properly cleaned. Receive vendor items, date them, and pack according to FIFO safety standards. Continuously seek cost-effective ways to improve breakfast appeal and maintain safety equipment. Work weekdays in the morning shift with previous hotel experience preferred.
