Job Summary
Deliver high-quality service to guests and clients by greeting them, providing coffee and newspapers, and managing buffet replenishment. Prepare, transport, and date food items while monitoring taste, temperature, and presentation standards. Maintain clean, organized work areas by emptying trash, wiping surfaces, vacuuming floors, and disassembling coffee machines at shift conclusion. Assist with meeting room setup, lobby cleanup, and equipment checks, reporting any safety hazards immediately. Adhere to all health, sanitation, and brand standards, including alcohol vendor training if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds; push and pull 60 pounds.
- Must maintain certification a responsible vendor training if alcohol is served at your respective property.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with Associate Handbook.
- Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Associate Handbook.
- Adheres to all health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards that meet state and local Health Board inspections, brand standards and hotel requirements.
- Comply with all health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness, and alcohol services standards that meet federal, state and local laws, brand standards and hotel requirements.
